Change of mind returns

If you change your mind about your purchase, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To initiate a return, please email us and include your order number in your request. Once your return request is approved, we will send you a confirmation email. Items must be returned in their original condition using a tracked and insured shipping method to ensure their safe return.

After we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed within 10 business days. We will refund the cost of the item(s), but please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. A confirmation email will be sent once your refund has been issued. If you don’t see the email, check your junk folder or reach out to us with any questions.

Please note that requests made beyond the 14 days are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Order issues

If there is a problem with your order, you have 30 days from the delivery date to contact us for assistance. We will assess each case individually, and possible resolutions may include a replacement, partial refund, full refund, or store credit. Requests made beyond the 30-day timeframe will not be eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
